Why I write this

Three years ago, a neuropsychologist helped me understand why I could not keep my concentration while studying or absorb what I was learning. The answer was ADHD. This site is the plain-language, source-linked guide I wish I had found back then.

How these guides are written

Real sources, linked

Numbers and study results come from PubMed, the CDC, the NIH and similar sources, linked in the text so you can check them.

Honest about limits

If a study was small, in a different age group, or did not replicate, the guide says so. No cure promises.

Not medical advice

Habits support professional care, they do not replace it. Every guide tells you when to talk to your doctor.
