This policy explains what information Mental Clarity Guide (mentalclarityguide.com) collects and how it is used.
What we collect
We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media tracking pixels. The site does not ask you to create an account and has no forms that collect personal data.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use it to identify you.
If you email us at amandaabreu@mentalclarityguide.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share. We use it only to reply to you and do not sell or share it with third parties.
Links to other sites
Our articles link to outside sources such as PubMed, the CDC and the NIH. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Future changes
If we add analytics, advertising (for example, Google Ads measurement) or affiliate links in the future, we will update this policy before or when those changes take effect, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil or California, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email amandaabreu@mentalclarityguide.com.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
